Exhibition RESTA 2024 with STATREG card for free!
April 5, 2024. The international and largest construction business exhibition in the Baltic States RESTA is back! For the third year in a row, the Lithuanian Association of Construction invites all professionals with STATREG Builder or Construction Engineer cards to visit the RESTA 2024 exhibition for free!
When coming to the exhibition, you must have a STATREG Builder's or Engineer's card with you and present it at the entrance.

The best graduates of the Vilnius Builder Training Center will receive not only a diploma, but also a Builder's Card!
March 4, 2024. This is a new phase of cooperation between VSRC and LSA.
From now on, all the most advanced students of the Vilnius Builders' Training Center, who have successfully passed the final exams, will receive their STATREG Builder's card for free!
A builder's card is not only a tool for a professional builder, but also a document confirming qualifications that will facilitate the integration of newly graduated builders into the labor market.
Three more "ten point holders” - this time at the site of UAB YIT Lietuva
September 2, 2020. The first assessments at the Yit Lietuva UAB site did not disappoint - even three foremen demonstrated strong knowledge and skills worth 10 points: Artūras Siauka (Installation of gypsum board partitions), Arvydas Jasiulis (Installation of gypsum board partitions) and Vytautas Kuncaitis (Installation of rendered facades systems).With the newcomers, total 15 "ten point holders" are registered in the STATREG system today.
The best assessors of year 2019
December 27, 2019. At the end of the year the STATREG Administration selected the top five competency assessors of 2019 based on their activity, professional skills, quality of assessments, contribution to competency assessment exams drafting and communication with the employees being evaluated.
The top five is: Algirdas Auzbikavičius (Gargždai), Marius Jankevičius (Panevėžys), Saulius Aužbikavičius (Gargždai), Raimondas Zaborovskis (Vilnius), Linas Drilingas (Panevėžys)

ABOUT LCA AND STATREG
Lithuanian Construction Association (LCA) is an independent, non-profit and non-political organization founded in 1993.
In 2017 LCA together with partners has implemented Build UP Skills ENERGOTRAIN project and as an outcome of the project, there was set up a system for assessing and certifying the competences of construction workers for construction of A and higher energy performance class buildings.
LCA Council has decided to develop the system under name STATREG and set up a Department for Competence Assessment, which shall be responsible for system development and coordination.
Today LCA successfully developing well-functioning STATREG system and reaching much more goals with new partners.
STATREG is a voluntary certification system for construction workers that assesses individual knowledge, skills, and abilities. The purpose of certification is to recognize individual competence to perform a task or work.
The Department for Competence Assessment conducts fair policies in order to carry out impartial procedures of certification to all applicants, candidates and certified persons. Moreover, the certification process is executed by coordinating a network of approved assessors in all regions of Lithuania. The Department of Competence Assessment gets an income just from certification activities.
The certification process is carried out under the same conditions and rules for LCA members and non-association members. The certification service is provided to all legal entities and individual persons of the construction sector.
Protection of personal data: it is an important aspect of the system reliability. For this purpose, LCA stores the data in an accredited data center and implements the General Data Protection Regulation (BDAR) (EU) 2016/679 by other technical and organizational means.
International Recognition: in most EU and EFTA countries the Builder's identification card is mandatory or widely used. The LCA actively working in order to ensure that a valid card with a link to STATREG would be operative for employees’ identification in other countries.
